My name is Michael Brooks. My wife also is a part of Vacation To Go
RVs. I have been selling RVs for approx 6 yrs now, mainly on the
internet. I am pretty much a one man show with the exception of my wifes
help.With this said, i cannot be like some dealerships that offer
coffee, and snacks when you come to their location. I will offer good
solid units, often times used, but a good foundation. Often times the
units may require some TLC prior to taking that family vacation. I will
be as honest as i can in telling the good, the bad and the ugly.

I am a seller that sells a fair amount on E-bay. I love my wife, church, motorhomes, rv's, motorcycle, dragcars. and I am fairly knowldgeable of all; however, this
does not mean I am the worlds best husband, worlds best sunday school
teacher, certified motorcycle specialist, a chief mechanic of a race
team, a certified R.V. Technician, an authority of antiques or any

I have seen the bike and the bike looks good, much less for a 9 yr old bike. I know Japanese Sport Bikes and Harleys, i don't know much about Ducati. I know Greg brags about its handling ability's.

now feel that I have described this bike 'bad'. I would rather you to
be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to
write ads making the bike sounds worse than I think it really is..
At
Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used
units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is
generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water
and sewer system.
For our Canadian/ Canada Buyers:
- I can provide third party transportation of the unit to the Canadian border as I have done MANY times,

I can also fax these documents to customs for you to meet the
requirement to provide the papers 72 hr prior to bringing the unit into
the country.
I
do clean all on my units, however i do not clean them as well as a new
owner would. All the units I list: the buyer should expect some minor
inperfections and plan on doing some cleaning to bring the unit to your
own standards

Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers
are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as
title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All
taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled
and registered.
Title Information: Vehicles titles
may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases
there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days
from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in
our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting
for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks
we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.
Shipping & Delivery:
All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Vacation To Go RV’s will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed
Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no
responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our
showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Vacation To Go RV’s
as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or
other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you
and the shipper, not with Vacation To Go RV’s.
The
amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but
is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our
facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the
shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.
Payment Types:Cash, wire transfer, or certiifed check title will be held for approx 7-8 Calender days
Fees:Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees.
The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their
own state.
Deposit
I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on
holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been
received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of
your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the
partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non
refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to viewing/pickup or within 24
hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to
arrival I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. Please do not
bid to come look, please bid to win, and pay according to the AD's
payment terms If I feel that you are trying to manipulate I reserve the
right to NOT sell the item to you.
This is ebay, the prices are cheap, you do NOT get a retail experience
because you are not paying retail price. If you do not follow our
payment terms I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you.
Future Buyers: The above item is being sold "as-is" with no guarantees
written or implied. Unless I state warranty there is NO warranty. We ask
all ebayers to view, and have the above unit inspected by a mechanic of
your choice at your expense prior to the winning bid. The mechanic must
inspect the unit at the pickup location.
I ask that you realize that you are purchasing a used Motorhome,
vehicle, or tow trailer, in many cases for a lot less than retail. Just
like any pre-owned vehicle there will be some dings, nicks, chips,
scratches, fading and or peeling of the stripes and graphics and of
course some normal wear and tear.
We try our best to describe our units in detail. Small items such as
remotes, TV or key fob, floor mats, extra keys and cd cartridges may be
missing, even though not stated as missing.
The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka
documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle
clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC
temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related
expenses.) For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours
after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may
already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the
necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item.
Please do NOT bid if you do not agree to these terms. If there is
something that you do not agree or understand, please CALL or email us
prior to bidding. Please do NOT bid if you are not pre-approved by your
lending institution to complete the transaction. The winning bidder must
contact us within 24 hours of the auction end either by phone or
e-mail, I also will try to contact you at the end of the auction as
well.
If we have NOT received the $500 non refundable deposit, (50% is
refundable if the request is made in person, otherwise non refundable),
the deposit is due within the 24 hour time frame of the auction ending
or prior to viewing. The deposit can not be paid in person! Vacation
ToGo RVs will make every attempt to provide airport pick up between the
hours of 10:00AM-3PM Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
If "eBay" has a documented outage within 2 hours of the auction end we
reserve the right to not sell to the winning bidder (please note in 5
plus years this has only happened once).
Please be aware of the following:
NADA Book values, lengths of units, names, and model numbers are a point
of reference only, it is the buyers responsibility to verify their
purchase PRIOR to the departure of your item from our location. The
balance is due within 5 Calender days following the auction end or upon
taking delivery, whichever comes first. If the balance is not paid in
full in 5 days then an additional $250 will be charged, for item that
was bid to less than $13,500.00, units sold $13500.01-$20,000 the late
payment fee is $400.00 per week Units sold for anything over 20,000.01
and higher the late fee is 500.00/ week. Since I am a one man operation,
as you can see the latest pickup appt. ava is 3:30PM M-F. If you arrive
late after 4pm for your pickup for any reason, there is a after hours
extra charge. The fee is 100.00 per hour late minimum 1 hour penalty.
You can avoid these penalties by paying on time, and arriving on time.

A late paid deposit is like paying late as well.. By paying on time
there are no penalties.. please pay on time.

FAST PAY DISCOUNT: If vehicle is paid in full within 2 days of the
auction end, we will discount the document price $100. I also offer
another $100 discount off the doc fee, please ask us!!
All buyers that reside out of the United Sates must pay by bank wire
transfer or cash (in person) prior to the coach leaving our property. In
some cases there may be a slight delay for title. When purchasing one
of our items via eBay or thru any other venue, you agree that the venue
for any legal proceedings will be in the County of Anderson South
Carolina.
If you change your mind for any reason or decide to NOT purchase or try
to return your item, we charge a 25% 'restocking fee.
Our units are available for sale locally on our 'lot' and we reserve the
right to cancel this auction at any time and sell the item prior to
auction end.

The decorations can be purchased for 50.00, otherwise they are not
included.
MECHANICAL: We work on and repair most mechanical functions with our
coaches. But, due to stringent State and Federal regulations, we are not
set up to repair or maintain dash A/C units. Thus we do NOT guarantee
that any dash A/C units work. ALL A/C components are "AS IS". Most do
work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash
A/C components.
Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1)
satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) we
cannot guarantee tire life or wear 5) spare tires are optional and are
NOT standard equipment.
ADVERTISING ERRORS: Please be aware that I am NOT PERFECT. I go to great
lengths to make sure my ads are correct, BUT occasionally I do make a
mistake. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an
option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle
probably does not have them. If I do not mention a keyless entry, then
we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle
might have had one when new. If you are unsure about an option, then
please e-mail or call me and I will confirm if it has that option.
SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with
shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID
IN FULL.
On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some
delamation.
If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid.
If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do
NOT bid.
If you do NOT pay the Deposit within 24 hours I reserve the right to NOT
sell the item.
If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to
NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit.
As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different
options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a
confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24
hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance.
I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295
Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire
balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
Full payment is due within 5 days period. If you do not pay within the 5
days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you.
I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account,
approx. 7-8 Calender days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and
you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title
till your funds clear MY bank or approx 7-8 Calender days. If you want
to leave with your title then bring cash or do a bank transfer which
usually takes 2 - 3 hours.
Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome
sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT.
This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed.
This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law.
THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are
NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the
complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for
very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be
labeled exempt for miles.
A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak.
I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only.
After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test
drive and exchange positive feedback.
